Small luxury units

1 Double bed and 1 single bed

Semi luxury units

1 Double bed  (one room has a single bed as well)

Room en-suite bathroom (shower).

DSTV,  no air conditioning but ceiling fan, bar fridge.

The semi luxury units are our most spacious units.

Cancellation policy

4+ weeks before date of arrival            R60 bank charge

4-3 weeks before date of arrival           Will be refunded 75% of the deposit paid

3-2 weeks before date of arrival           Will be refunded 50% of the deposit paid

2-1 week  before date of arrival            Will be refunded 25% of the deposit paid

1  week before date of arrival                Will not be refunded 

We do not "move" payments for bookings that were made for a specific date, as we carry that booking and show people away for that specific date and thus incur the loss for it should guests "move".  

Normal cancellation policy applies to such bookings.
Out of season we would endeavour to assist guests should this be possible.
